Professional and Academic Portfolio

Welcome to my electronic academic and professional portfolio. This digital portfolio outlines my scholarly activities and achievements during my course of studies in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program at Texas Woman’s University (TWU). I graduated with a 4.0 GPA in August 2019

Each DNP course is identified under the DNP curriculum navigation heading. Here, you can find documents, presentations, and written papers related to the various subjects in each of the core and elective courses.

In the heading “DNP Scholarly Project,” I have enclosed my Research Project manuscript. The publications folder contains articles that I plan to submit for publication in peer-reviewed journals .

The TWU faculty and this academic journey taught me that skills, values, interests, and personality traits are the building blocks of successful career development. In this journey, I became goal-focused and learned networking, self-awareness, and self-confidence. I will continue to expand my expertise as a clinician, educator, and a leader in my nursing profession. I plan to serve as a clinical expert working with community leaders to improve awareness of healthcare issues affecting teenagers, young adults, and the geriatric population.
